In the run up to National Stress Awareness Day, we have launched our first, free anxiety workshop this month that aims at teaching you simple strategies to reduce your anxiety levels.
The workshop will be held in London on October 23rd 5:30pm-8:30pm at 3 Wimpole Street W1G 9SQ, and is designed to help you better understand what anxiety really is as well as why and how it can manifest itself.
You will learn techniques that will enable you to finally feel relaxed: your body will let the tension go and your mind will be free from too many recurrent thoughts. Not just that, learn how to decrease your anxiety levels whenever they get high, leaving you able to manage your anxiety, thus improving your quality of life.
This workshop is developed and facilitated by some of our specialists:

Moreover, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universita’ Vita-Salute San Raffaele and a Master’s degree in the Psychodynamics of Human Development from the British Association of Psychotherapists. She is also a qualified clinical hypnotherapist. Eleonora’ areas of expertise include: anxiety and panic attacks, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, eating disorders and addiction.
